Leonard's Song 1

A place where

No summer ends

No winter begins

Only time's millennia ebb

As dust mingles,

Pound & Po

History intertwined morrows

By today's sorrows

And her likely host,

Night.

Paths worn

Closer to the noose

than an illuminating road

Where you love, lay

My being, always, be

A love so longed for and deserved

Images transcribed words

A poem to film

Keira's Atonement

Where are you, love

In the still, night

The howl, wind

Trees rustling, hearts pounding

Here,

with clasped hands

Of earth and heart

Love's Mark

Is losing love the consequence of loving?

The pangs of love are quite painful

When past memories have no future

Only the shadow of a confident beginning

And the end of a dismal failure

True love shifts as the wind

Comes like a tsunami in peak

Leaves a tinge of bitterness

And changes your Being

Being Tearful

Money's Rubble

Love's Curse

Fate and Love

Does Being sigh?

Does it cry?

Dreaming

Between her fainting repetitive hellos

I said my final silent goodbyes

If love had a choice

Should it not love me

To one who radiants love

But who is that exactly

A figment of a dream

Dreaming of you love

Between the sheets

Upon a broken horizon

Only to be in  your midst

Once again

Tale of Two Cities

What does it mean to spend a lifetime in love?

When all your time you’ve spent moving forward

Nowhere did you ever look back to ponder

Just this time only, reach, feel, live

Take a chance, spin in a whirlwind, and try

The sting of having one lifetime to live

A description of reality setting, ebbing,

Flashes of tides, memories, wind, water

Death to know you so young

I have known only an ephemeral love

In a broken system, an amalgamation of greed and strife

When the fortress walls of fake currency crashes,

Where will you be love, who’s arms will you rest in?

I know where I will be, surely, in the cavernous depths

Lurking, hoping, wishing for another day
